You can exchange or return a product by register to Q&A board or customer call center within 7 days from your product receiving date
If the customer happen to send back the product along with cash via delivery system, HEADSPA7 is not responsible for the lost.
-HEADSPA7 is using CJ Logistics as a contract enterprise. If the customer happen to use other delivery service system, cash will be paid in advance.

Cancellation due to simple remorse: Return is not possible after opening (only unopened is possible),
delivery payment for return (charged delivery: 2,500\ / free delivery: 5,000\) is charged to customer.
